May 18, 2005 -- CHNY receive handmade quilts from the Guild
From time to time, the members of The Brownstone Quilters Guild of Waldwick, New Jersey donate beautiful handmade quilts to the mothers and children of the Rights of Passage Program in CHNY. The Guild, which was founded in 1983 and has over 200 members, primary goal is to educate its members and the community about quilting. In addition, the Guild supports the community by creating and donating quilted items. From all of us at CHNY, especially the mothers and children that received the quilts, we would like to thank the Guild for their generosity and ongoing support.
